Why can’t I log in to Monitask?

There are four main reasons as to why you can’t login to Monitask

1. Incorrect password

If you can’t remember your password, please try to reset it on this page.

2. No internet connection

If you try to login to your Monitask desktop app and you are not connected to internet, you won’t be able to log in.

3. Your account is deleted

If you are an employee and your administrator removed you from the company, you won’t be able to log in.

4. Incorrect email

Make sure that you use an email that was used when you created your account or the email that was used when the administrator invited you.
